POLIMORFA
Performing Arts Festival in Valchiusella, Italy

 

is a project of BILOURA

It creates community engagement actions, intercultural and participatory performances

through a performing arts festival in an Italian alpine valley

 

Born in 2021, it is a performing arts festival that focuses on the experimental contemporary performing arts scene, giving space to international, national and local artists and various genres. Its based on inclusion, interculturality, artivism and ecology and promotes the active participation of inhabitants of Valchiusella, a decentralized and rural alpine place, in which POLIMORFA is positioned as the only structured and professional opportunity to enjoy live performance. Co-created together with the community of the valley, the Municipality of Val di Chy and the Fondazione Piemonte dal Vivo, it is a festival that happens every year in the spring period in the village of Val di Chy.
