POLIMORFA - Performing Arts Festival in Valchiusella - EDITION 2021
BILOURA Intercultural Arts Collective is pleased to present the first edition of the Performing Arts Festival POLIMORFA, which will host 7 national companies from varied scenic languages:
theatre, dance, performance, prose and more. The common thread linking this year's edition is that of women's empowerment and intercultural dialogue: we offer you a majority program by female
artists, often the themes inherent in discrimination towards women, other times dealing with opening the horizon to distant cultures. We have made these choices in order to meet you in theatre
with a proposal pregnant with meaning and stimulation, consistent with the spirit of BILOURA: intercultural, transdisciplinary, and sensitive to issues of sociopolitical relevance. In addition,
you will have the opportunity to engage with the artists after each performance and dialogue about what you will have seen. We believe that theatre is a fundamental place of community life and
health, and therefore BILOURA is especially pleased to invite you to this festival after a long period of impoverishment of cultural life. We look forward to meeting you!
